Dr. Chynn is the only laser vision correction surgeon in NY, NJ, CT or PA who is an authorized provider for all major medical insurance plans, including GHI, Oxford, Cigna, BCBS, Emblem, Empire, Medicare, and Oscar (among others), as well as all major vision insurance plans, including VSP and EyeMed.

If you have VSP or EyeMed, congratulations: you get 15% off our regular prices–so you can get our HD option for the same price as “standard” definition (or you can get our newer, safer LASEK procedure for the same price as the older cutting LASIK procedure we used to offer).

If you have medical insurance with a low or no deductible (not co-pay), we will offer you 20% off our regular pricing. To find out if you qualify, just call the # on the back of your card and ask, “What’s my remaining deductible to see an in-network specialist for an office visit?” If they say $500 or less, congratulations: we will give you 20% off! If they say $0, we may be able to give you 25% off!

How do I pay for LASEK?

Simple! Park Avenue LASEK is the only laser vision correction center in New York with the “Affordability Guarantee”! We will accept $1 more per day ($30 per month) over what you are currently spending on glasses + contacts + solutions + eye exams. So the good news is YOU CAN AFFORD LASEK!

We accept FLEX, HSA and FSA spending accounts, so deposit as much as possible into these accounts, and you will save up to 37%, as these accounts are “pre-tax”.

Ask your employer’s HR or Benefits Department. Most companies let you withdrawal ALL of the money scheduled to be taken out throughout the course of the entire year right away.

Also, you can use FLEX/HSA/FSA funds over the course of 2 consecutive calendar years, so you can get both eyes fully paid using these discounted funds
